If you are an existing customer, on a renewal contract that renews during the sale period, and want the 30% discount, please do the following.

- Log in to your account and on the Active Licenses page, on the right, turn off auto-renew. This will allow the contract to terminate on the renewal date.
- On the payment page, add the discount code and purchase a new license.

If you apply it to a monthly license, ONLY the FIRST MONTH will receive a discount. After that, all invoices will revert to the monthly rate.
The account holder is responsible for administering their account, including turning off auto-renew to prevent the subscription from reverting to renewing at the annual rate.
